1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By completing the registration process, you become a Member and agree to comply with this Agreement.
VSS Matrimonial Services may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older.

  • You are legally eligible to marry under Indian law.

  • You are registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, business, or agency.

  • You are not using the platform for dating, time-pass, extra-marital affairs, or any immoral/illegal activities.

If any misuse is found, your account will be terminated without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

3. Membership Term

Your account remains active:

  • As long as you use the Site, OR

  • Until you request termination by email.

VSS Matrimonial Services may suspend/terminate your membership at any time for:

  • Breach of terms

  • Fake information

  • Misuse

  • Harassment

  • Illegal activity

  • Multiple profiles

No refund is provided for terminated accounts.

4. Non-Commercial Use

VssMatri.com is for personal use only.
You may NOT:

  • Promote businesses

  • Post commercial links

  • Advertise paid services

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools

Any such activity will result in immediate termination.

5. Member Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other members

  • Send obscene, vulgar, or abusive messages

  • Contact a member without their consent

  • Share or request nude photos

  • Misrepresent your identity or details

  • Create multiple accounts

  • Upload copyrighted content without permission

  • Engage in spamming, chain messages, or unsolicited promotions

  • Share another member’s profile or contact details without permission

  • Upload illegal, defamatory, or hateful content

VSS Matrimonial Services reserves the right to monitor and delete such content.

6. Content & Profile Information

You are solely responsible for the information you provide.

You agree that:

  • All details submitted are true and accurate.

  • Concealing important facts (age, marital status, income, illness, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

  • Fake, edited, or misleading photos may lead to account removal.

  • VssMatri.com may request ID proof for verification at any time.

  • If you fail to provide proof, your profile may be removed.

VssMatri.com does not guarantee the accuracy of member-provided information.

7. Ownership & License

By posting content on the Site, you grant VSS Matrimonial Services:

  • A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license

  • To use, display, reproduce, and share your profile for service purposes

You may not copy or use other members’ profile information.

All website content, design, and trademarks belong to VSS Matrimonial Services.

8. Communication Limits

To maintain quality:

  • Messaging limits may be applied

  • The Site may screen messages for safety

  • Abusive messages may be blocked

Contact details of members are shown only to paid members.

9. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

  • All payments made are non-refundable, for any reason.

  • VSS Matrimonial Services does NOT guarantee matches or marriage.

  • No refund will be issued for:

    • Lack of responses

    • Unsatisfactory matches

    • Account termination due to misuse

    • User-requested cancellation

    • Technical/internet issues

10. Disclaimer

VssMatri.com is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or misleading member information

  • Member behavior online or offline

  • Delays or technical issues

  • Loss arising from communication with other members

  • Decisions made by members based on provided information

  • Emotional or financial losses due to interactions

  • Third-party misuse of shared data

  • Any marriage outcome

The service is provided “AS IS & AS AVAILABLE” without warranties.

You interact with members at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VSS Matrimonial Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid to us.

12. Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.
VSS Matrimonial Services may monitor conversations but is not obligated to intervene.

13. Privacy Policy

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and protect VSS Matrimonial Services from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

All disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to:
