Refund & Cancellation Policy – VSS Matrimonial Services

Membership once purchased is NOT refundable.

Refunds are only considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical issue where services were not activated

• Payment failure but amount deducted

Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days after verification.

No Refund For:

• User dissatisfaction

• Wrong selection of membership

• Fake profiles created by the user

• Account termination due to policy violation

• Partially used services

Cancellation

You may cancel your account anytime from the profile settings.
